Remote Service

Remote service is the latest in computer support. As long as you
have a working Intenet connection, our technicians can repair just about any problem you may have. You can chat live with the technician and
follow along while the repairs are being done on your system.

Service rates are the same as if you brought your system in. We charge
for each procedure done and if you would like a quote before the work
is done, just let the tech know
before you start.

How to Use:
To use Remote Service you have two options.
Option 1 is for customers needing service immediatly. If you have not contacted a technician use option 1. Fill in your name and click the submit button. Once you enter your code you will be asked 2 security questions. Click "RUN" to each message.

Option 2 is only if a techinican gives you a service code then you will click the
link and enter your 6 digit code. Once you enter your code you will be ask 2 security questions. Click "RUN" to each message.
